The Devil Wears Prada Drop 'Termination' Off Upcoming ZII EP

After completely blowing up the internet on April 8th when they announced the sequel to their masterpiece Zombie EP, The Devil Wears Prada have officially given us our first fleshy taste of their upcoming ZII EP in the form of 'Termination' and goddamn, the guys weren't wrong when they said these new tunes will be the "heaviest music of our career".

Mike Hranica's vocals are intricately layered throughout the track, making for an incredible metal feast through and through. 'Termination' storms right in with pounding riffs that'll delight your eardrums right up to the earth-shattering breakdown before it fades out into oblivion, and oh my god — this is a solid start for the band's forthcoming release!

On the new sequel EP, the band revealed:

“A goal we had for this EP was to pay tribute to ZI while honing in on the characteristics that we enjoy about heavy music today and the directions we want to see it heading.”

And if that's not enough to get your juices flowing, the themes of the five tracks on ZII will focus on “hopelessness against the hoard.” Did you hate how The Walking Dead dragged on but loved the scenes when they looked like they had met their match? Well, this'll no doubt be the soundtrack for those moments you didn't know you needed until now!
