Last night Married At First Sight debuted on Channel 9 and our very own metalcore scene queen Booka Nile (Make Them Suffer/Internet Friends) took the genre to the mainstream with a simple, one-off comment when she was explaining what she did for work, which was later turned into a meme... because who would have ever imagined the term metalcore getting a mention during a show like MAFS!
Last night Booka questioned fellow contestant/bride Samantha: "have you ever listened to like, metalcore?" and the end result was just a stunned expression. Which is usually the case when we all try and tell others what music we listen to
Well, that statement from Mrs. Nile has now been turned into a commemorative shirt, designed by Meme Lord Jackson Allen and you can get one for yourself right here. Why? Well, why not?
