Make Them Suffer’s Booka Nile Is Getting Married… At First Sight!

Soooo 2020 is getting fucking weirder by the second with the revelation that Make Them Suffer keyboardist Booka Nile is set to appear on the next season of Married At First Sight according to pictures circulating from The Wash and we’re all sitting here at WoS HQ going WTF???

Since touring isn’t able to happen this year and the band releasing their incredible new album How To Survive A Funeral (our review here) it seems that thirst trap Booka has taken COVID into her own hands and is marrying a random bloke, then fighting with him for a few solid weeks… I’m not sure how the show works but I assume there’s lots of fighting because they talk it up so much in the promos.

The show goes like this: couples meet for the first time on their wedding day after being set up by “professionals” who think they know what’s right for these loved up Aussies. The end result is usually a bunch of Gold Coast Instagram famous wannabes getting publicity on TV, but Booka, being the keyboardist and clean vocalist for MTS and her side-project Internet Friends may add a bit of heavy metal sultry seduction to the show, considering how adamant she was on having a porno riff song on the new MTS album How To Survive A Funeral (yes, I’m talking about our story arc for ‘Bones‘)

We reached out for comment, but as expected, Booka and the show producers are remaining tight lipped about the leak and so we’ll have to wait until the show airs, maybe next year, to find out how she went.

The last time a member of the heavy music scene crashed a reality TV show was Crafter on Big Brother but I think Booka has the ability to take the heavy music community next level and in a weird/hilarious kind of way, I can’t WAIT to see how she goes on the show and if she makes her husband… suffer!
