Roy Mayorga of Stone Sour will fill in on drums for HELLYEAH

As HELLYEAH gear up to release their new album, the first to posthumously feature the late Vinnie Paul, who passed away in June last year, speculation has been running wild about who will fill in or take Vinnie's place in the band moving forward...
Obviously, NO ONE can ever replace the drum lord, but it's been revealed that Stone Sour drummer Roy Mayorga will at least be taking the reigns in the band's honourary shows they've got planned in the states, as they revealed on Facebook:
"Please welcome our dear friend and brother Roy Mayorga, who will be guesting behind the drum kit as we honor our brother Vinnie Paul. These men had so much love and mutual respect for each other, this makes our transition so much easier. Ready or not, here we come!"
When we caught up with Mayorga backstage at Good Things Festival last year, he alluded that he had some very special projects on the way the he couldn't talk about (one of which was playing drums on Mark Marton from Lamb of God's solo record) and now this looks to be his second big secret he was keeping from us... The band's new album is set for release on June 28th and the first single '333' dropped a little while ago. If you're keen you can pre-order the new release right here.
What do you reckon about Roy, could he potentially take the reigns from Vinnie for the benefit of HELLYAH's continuation? Let us know.
