letlive. is DEAD

This wasn’t in the brochure! This morning letlive. fans woke up to some pretty unfortunate news that the band is calling it quits 15 years after starting out together. Issues within the group have reached braking point and they cannot continue on together as a band. In a statement on their Facebook page, it states:

“…we would like to take this time to exhibit said transparency and explain that over time a divergence in views and aims has developed within the camp- and, for the moment, the impact that has on letlive. as a group is that there will be no further activity for the foreseeable future.”

For a band who went through so many line up changes when they first began they finally managed to find their groove with the last few album releases in Fake History, The Blackest Beautiful and most recently If I’m The Devil…

Revisit out Gig Review and Photo Gallery from their tour with Every Time I Die earlier this year. Listen to our Interview with guitarist Jeff Sahyoun and have a read of our Review of quite possibly the band’s best album to date, If I’m The Devil…

This is such a shame and a big loss for the post hardcore community. Join us in remembering the good times. Rest in Peace: letlive. 2002 – 2017 Forever
