Destroy Music Australian Tour kicks off tomorrow!

We are counting down the hours until the Destroy Music Tour kicks off right across Australia (yes that includes you Perth) featuring Hellions, Capsize and ‘68. Hellions are definitely on the rise to follow suit of their hardcore brethren such as In Hearts Wake and Northlane (who are actually taking the boys on their Node European Tour next month), but I wanted to draw your attention to ’68.

At first glance you’d be mistaken for assuming the two piece were just another new act who were lucky to receive a spot on the tour, but upon closer examination you’ll be pleased to know it’s actually the new musical venture for Josh Scogin who you should be aware has previously fronted such bands as Norma Jean and The Chariot. Joining him on drums is Michael McCellan who has been working alongside Scogin since his departure from The Chariot back in 2013.

Since then they’ve already released the “Midnight” LP and full length studio album “In Humour and Sadness” which features the track “Track 1 R“. The video for said track is below and it doesn’t waste anytime bringing the heaviness we’ve all known and loved from Josh Scogin in the past. Get yourself familiar with the ’68 as well as Hellions and Capsize then make sure you check out the Destroy Music Tour, kicking off in Brisbane tomorrow night.
