High Tension to unleash new album and tour in July

The Melbourne punk/rock/metal fusion that is High Tension are readying themselves for a big July, throwing down the follow up to 2013’s impressive debut ‘Death Beat’, as well as hitting the road for an East Coast tour to promote new album, ‘Bully’, which will hit shelves, July 10.

Sometimes melodic, often frentic and constantly rolling from one riff to another, High Tension are set to take their brand to another level. The ARIA nominees of 2014 supported a stack of international bands (The Bronx, High on Fire, Shihad) in the past 12 months and their three headline dates set down for next month will no likely just be a stepping stone for this impressive, unique four piece.

‘Sports’ was the first track hurled at fans back in May, featuring another raptor-like vocal performance from Karina Utomo, whose scything vocal compliment killer hooks throughout, have a listen……

‘Killed by Life’ was released a few weeks ago, a more melodic punk slice, check it out!
