With another year destined for the annals of history, 2023 has proven once again to music fans that there is never a shortage of new tunes to sink our teeth into.With excellent fresh singles, EPs and full lengths bursting from every corner of the heavy music spectrum, the past 12 months have been a rollercoaster ride just keeping up with all the great new material. Though there are bound to be a multitude of killer releases and bands that have slipped under my radar, I can say with great confidence 2023 has been an absolutely outstanding year for extreme metal!
