Sink Your Teeth into SKYND's Brand New True Crime Single, 'Heavens Gate'

It's always an exceptional time when True Crime Music duo SKYND releases new tunes for us to sink our teeth into and today they're back with a case that led to the largest mass suicide to ever take place in America.'HeavensGate' tells the story of the infamous Heaven's Gate cult - a religious group co-founded by Marshall Applewhite that picked up notoriety throughout the 90s.According to the SKYNDcase files:

"Applewhite, along with Bonnie Nettles, believed in a hybrid of Christianity and science fiction, promoting the idea of ascension to a higher plane of existence. On March 26, 1997, the group gained international attention when an anonymous caller alerted police to a mansion outside San Diego. Inside, 39 Heaven’s Gate members, including Applewhite, committed mass suicide in an attempt to reach an extraterrestrial spacecraft they believed was trailing the Hale-Bopp comet."
