It is with a heavy heart that I have to share the news of the official cancellation of the upcoming Glassjaw tour which was set to begin on Monday next week.

Here is the press release sent out for your viewing displeasure.

"The January 2018 Glassjaw Australian tour dates have today been cancelled, with the hope that the tour dates will be re-scheduled later in 2018.

"MJR Presents Promoter Scott Mesiti today stated "Unfortunately, we have to cancel these Glassjaw tour dates next week - we’re currently waiting on more information from the band and their ability to re-schedule the tour, so we are cancelling this tour for now. To those Glassjaw fans who have purchased tickets - you will be refunded 100% of your ticket purchase. We are very sorry that this tour has had to be cancelled - we know Glassjaw fans are extremely passionate and very keen to see them. We are waiting and hoping to hear that the dates can be re-scheduled for later in the year as we’re still committed to bring Glassjaw to Australia in the near future!"

Here's hoping a more definitive reason is given about the sudden cancellation. We'll let you know when we find out more.
