Get Set to Throw Down to thrown's latest release, 'nights'

As Arising Empire‘s thrown set out to take over the alternative music world with their latest singles 'backfire', 'on the verge' and 'guilt', it's no secret that they have garnered the attention of both hardcore and metalcore fans alike, in all corners of the earth.As the Swedish four-piece prepares to tour Australia in August alongside Alpha Wolf, The Devil Wears Prada and Invent Animate, they have blessed us with yet another two-minute jaw dropper titled 'nights'. Similarly to the groups recent string of singles, the mosh inducing track stays true to the groups blend of metalcore/hardcore sounds with low-tuned guitars producing beefy chugs that coincide perfectly amongst Buster Odeholm’s precisive drumming and Marcus Lundqvist‘s venomous vocals, with lyricism that consists of self-critical and despairing themes.We are yet to hear whether the quartet plan on releasing a full-length album any time soon, but for now, with these latest singles, we have plenty to enjoy until a full-length release comes to fruition.Words by Adam Rice
