The Birds of Tokyo boys are back with a ballad-esque new song that's not only upbeat, but catchy as hell when you try to sing along after a couple of listens and one that'll surely get a few cheers on their upcoming Australian tour.
On the new song, frontman Ian Kenny stated:
"Hey everyone, this song is all about learning from the mistakes you make and finding out who you are and what you’re made of. Whether you fuck up or get fucked over, the hardest times can teach you exactly what you need to know. Here’s to the greatest mistakes we’ve made."
And let's face it, we've all made mistakes over the years, but it's how you come out the other side that really counts and if this mentality helps you, then you're doing something right with your life.
Remember this, in life, there are no regrets, just lessons learned and some killer, relatable songs to act as the soundtrack for those times, so you can come back and listen to them years from now, remembering the hard times and how good life has turned around between then and now.
