August Burns Red re-release 'The Cleansing' with Lorna Shore's Will Ramos on Guest Vox

In a seismic convergence between heavy music’s present and future, August Burns Red’s reimagined version of ‘The Cleansing’ proves a temporal-defying feat from the metalcore icons. For the endeavour, they enlist the otherworldly vocal talents of rising deathcore luminary, Lorna Shore’s Will Ramos, and together, deliver a compelling fusion of each other’s defining sonic traits - the stirring and bruising barrage of August Burns Red, enhanced by Ramos’ primal and guttural intensity.

Across its expansive runtime, this 8-minute epic from the band’s 2023 album Death Below explores a diverse spectrum of ideas, traversing everything from sprawling melodic passages to bone-crushing descents.
