With CVLTFEST out of the way for another year, attention is now turning to what Alpha Wolf will do across Australia following the release of their third album Half Living Things - and today their best kept secret has been announced.The boys will hit the road across Australia (Perth included) throughout August with very special US guests The Devil Wears Prada and InventAnimate alongside Sweden's thrown will make their Australian debut - which is surely going to send the scene into a frenzy!Backstage at CVLTFEST in Brisbane, Alpha Wolf's ScottieSimpson and MitchFogarty shared their thoughts on the jacked lineup and why they wanted to bring this collection of icons and fresh meat to our shores for an extensive run through all capital cities on the touring circuit and a stop into Newcastle.

"They are our little big brothers from America and we told them (maybe the first time we played with them) you guys should do a tour with us. And they were like 'yeah, maybe!' They kinda hated us at first actually [laughs] It's a long story, we don't need to go into but they're very good friends of ours, their latest album was just a masterpiece. We all love the guys, love the band and to be our biggest headliner tour and we get to bring them over [is great]. "It's nice to bring over to Australia a band that we've all loved for the better part of the past 10 or 15 years. All of us were fans and have been fans and come back to them again... the new album's fucking sick. It means a lot to bring them over and to have them play to our crowds - we all grew up listening to them - I think there'll be old heads there that loved the early stuff, there might even be people there that are like 'I've never listened to The Devil Wears Prada' that are our fans and that's crazy for me to even say out loud. They're an iconic band, one of the most iconic metalcore bands in my opinion. So for them to want to even consider supporting us, was just dope.
