No strangers to these shores, Alestorm have set their compass this way for their next expedition to regale us all with their super infectious blend of modern folk and power metal. These metal merchants of the briny deep will be armed to the teeth with inflatable ducks, kilts, a hurdy gurdy player and maybe even a shark. But most importantly, drums upon drums of beer and rum and a kick arse set of sea-shanties to rock land lovers of Australia and New Zealand.
Heeding the call for their first odyssey to Australia are Nekrogoblikon and this will be one you won't want to miss out on. Post Malone couldn’t stop talking about them on The Joe Rogan Experience and now the lucky trolls of the great southern land will finally get to experience the self-proclaimed "Kings of Goblin Metal”. Their unique blend of melodic rock and gnarly death metal, infused with EDM-style flourishes, lends itself to what will be a high energy theatrical extravaganza.
Fronted by their ostentatious singing goblin hypeman John Goblikon and new screaming vocalist Dickie Allen (Infant Annihilator) the band takes cues from GWAR, Finntroll, and Dethklok, while maintaining a humorous, self-referential style.
