Stray From The Path Bow Out With Surprise Final Album Clockworked

Following a build up of anticipation that got the entire world talking, none of us expected this outcome.

After 24 years in the game Stray From The Path - consisting of vocalist Drew Dijorio, guitarist Tom Williams, bassist Anthony Altamura and skin lord Craig Reynolds - have announce they'll be putting the political-driven metallic-hardcore outfit to rest after 2025.

Rough.

The news came late last night as the four-piece dropped their surprise (and now final) album Clockworked, along with the killer music video for 'Shot Caller' - an abrasive assault on the senses that'll leave you with a half smile of appreciation while you come to terms with the saddening news of their end. The outfit made their way to Australia on several occasions with many of the Aussie heavy music community noting their sets at UNIFY as as of their hardest and most ferocious displays of musicianship. Totally unexpected, this will leave a gap in the scene.

On the abrupt news, the band shares:

"We are excited and grateful to announce our final album Clockworked is out now. Available in record stores today, shipping immediately from web stores and streaming in its entirety on all platforms.

The four of us, Anthony, Craig, Drew and Tom, have been touring together as a unit for almost 10 years, and now it feels like the right time to put the band to rest. We've gone on to make amazing records together, tour the world, and have been fortunate to gain the support of people, more than we could have asked for. We get to go out on our own accord, on a final record and do some final tours celebrating the band one last time with the people who gave us a great career. Listen to Clockworked and keep your eyes peeled for further touring announcements.

This is a mutual decision — there's no bad blood, we love each other, and we love you all. In the next couple weeks, we will be announcing our final tour dates, and after 2025, we will be putting the band to rest. Looking forward to celebrating the band one last time together for the rest of 2025.

If you're gonna go out on top (much like Australia's Void Of Vision) you do it with one of your best releases to date - which also features cheeky collabs with Jeff Moreira (Poison The Well) and Florent 'Flo' Salfati (LANDMVRKS) alongside the already impressive lead-single 'Kubrick Stare'. The band will perform at their final festival sets throughout the Euro Summer in June and have said more shows will be announced before they end the group after 2025. Hopefully that includes a send-off slot at Good Things Festival for old times sake down under!
