Introducing: Ameonna feat. Ex-Chelsea Grin Members Alex Koehler, Jacob Harmond & Pablo Viveros

To all appearances, Koehler has been thriving while enjoying this lifestyle change but seemingly, the deathcore community still has Koehler's heart, which brings us to the announcement of his new band Ameonna, which Jacob Harmond (Chelsea Grin guitarist from 2009-2017), as well as Pablo Viveros (Chelsea Grin drummer from 2012-2021) are also founding members of.

During their time together in Chelsea Grin, these three musicians produced some of CG's most popular tracks, including, but not limited to 'Playing With Fire' and 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell'. Also, who could forget about 2016's Self Inflicted album?! These are three impressively talented musicians who have proven to us in the past that they can work together to produce high-quality deathcore.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W_bKpbiMz3AAmeonna's debut single 'Behavioural Health' is out on Friday January 12th, followed by their debut EP Goddess Wept - due for release on February 2nd [Update: it dropped early on Jan 16th - our review here] but for now, to give you a small taste of what is soon to come, the band has shared a teaser which features snippets of unreleased tracks from their upcoming EP and by the sounds of it, we'll be indulging in sounds that are sure to be reminiscent of Chelsea Grin's earlier years.So if you were a 'MySpace era' deathcore fan, this is definitely worth checking out.
