You still haven't taken the time to check out thrown? We won't start a search party just yet. However, if their tunes remain a mystery, you might find yourself lost in the musical equivalent of being disoriented in an IKEA store without a map.

Swedish beatdown hardcore act thrown are already fulfilling the highest of expectations as they have begun to dominate the heavy music space around the globe, only a few years after their inception. The group are currently touring the North American region with Invent Animate and have been performing a new song titled 'on the verge' at each show. As you can imagine, the track's thumping riffage and intense drumming have mixed well with American and Canadian metal fans.

Luckily for the rest of us around the world, this is now released worldwide, for us all to enjoy. Lasting at just over two minutes, the thumper itself is exceedingly heavy but begins with industrial backing synth sounds which is maintained behind the low-tuned guitars throughout the entirety. Vocalist Marcus Lundqvist carves his way through the track with lyrics that are filled with loathing and sorrow while drummer Buster Odeholm impeccably adds his input from behind the kit.

The four-piece are finishing off the year supporting Fit For A King alongside Emmure and Australia's beloved The Gloom In The Corner. At the rate this group is going, hoping for a 2024 Australian tour doesn't seem like an unrealistic desire at all.
