Ex-Northlane Vocalist Adrian Fitipaldes Performed 'Shapeless' with In Hearts Wake in Sydney!
Soooo, something special happened at In Hearts Wake's Sydney stop of their Decade of Divination Tour that's going to send the scene into a frenzy!
After hinting at his appearance earlier in the week, the Byron Bay boys hit the stage alongside the one and only Adrian Fitipaldes, former frontman for Northlane, to deliver a memorable cameo that will certainly go down in metalcore history.
Adrian's appearance was for their song 'Shapeless (Judgement)' which he originally recorded for the band's debut album, released wayyy back in 2012. While the guest spot was short and sweet, both Adrian and IHW frontman Jake Taylor screamed their way back into our lives in what would have to be one of the most unexpected returns to the stages in Australian heavy music history!

Adrian's last performance on stage was back in 2014 before calling it quits as Northlane's frontman on September 17, 2014, citing severe vocal issues impacted by the screaming he was doing with the band.

For the fans hoping this news marks the start of a comeback - put those thoughts to rest now. The appearance was part of the celebration of In Hearts Wake's debut album anniversary tour, and nothing more than a special guest collaboration in Adrian's hometown in Sydney on April 28, 2023.
While it's bloody awesome to see him back on stage again, we don't foresee any form of a comeback for the former metalcore man, considering he's now a certified psychologist, operating under the name of Adrian Cuerva of Mind Garden Psychology and killing it outside of the music industry.
