Alera popped up on our radar just over one year ago with their debut EP Beware The Snake, which set them up to have an incredibly successful 2022, supporting the likes of Aburden and Ocean Sleeper, to name a few.
Recent news of unclean vocalist Matt Ashley's departure from the band left fans questioning the groups future and what direction they will go in. All these questions and more can now be answered with the release of the new track 'Never Meant To Go This Way'. The fresh tune is melodic and stays true to the groups poetic, spoken work roots. With some new dynamics such as a hard hitting breakdown throughout the outro, this tune is bound to perk you up!
