Architects Are Coming Back Down Under in February 2023

The news we’ve all been waiting for has arrived along with a brand new album!

UK metal juggernauts Architects have unveiled their plans to return to Australia (a lot sooner than expected) with a short trip planned for down under in February which will see the lads hit up Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane – at some of the BIGGEST venues they’ve ever played down under.

Notably, the band will headline their first show at Riverstage in Brisbane, the very first venue they played when they toured Australia supporting Parkway Drive and August Burns Red way back in 2009.

Sam Carter reflected with Browny about playing at such an iconic venue for their first trip down under and shared his excitement about levelling up for these new shows revealing, revealing:

“I just remember being like ‘this is one of the most insane venues I have ever seen in my entire life, how the fuck is there just three bands playing?’ And now we get to do it, and we get to do that tour and it’s going to be amazing. We really really missed Australia, like REALLY REALLY missed Australia.”

“And those rooms are just absolutely silly and yeah we haven’t been back to Australia since we had a #1 record [there] as well, which is going to be cool. I’ll bring my little ARIA along.”

After releasing their #1 ARIA charting album For Those That Wish To Exist last year and today’s new drop the classic symptoms of a broken spirit the lads have more than enough material to keep us entertained while we wait and to be able to hear these songs are some of our most notable venues will be iconic for fans and the band, to say the least.
