I Prevail Continue Global Domination with 'Bad Things'

They just wrapped up their SOLD OUT return to Australia a couple of weeks back (our Melb coverage here) and now I Prevail are keen to continue their hostile takeover of the heavy music scene with the next single from their forthcoming album True Power - and if you love the ebb and flow of the band's signature heavy meets melodic sound - this'll be right up your alley!

Clean vocalist Brian Burkheiser delivers a captivating performance throughout as Eric Vanlerberghe switches between yells and distant screams in the chorus BUT he also dabbles in the rap game alongside Bri, offering a new delivery to the band that sounds foreign, yet welcoming. In doing so, the duo create an almost nu-metalcore vibe throughout, but the real MVPs of this track are guitarists Steve Menoian and Dylan Bowman who bounce back and forth during the pre-breakdown section like dueling brothers in medieval times on their axes. If you're attracted to the band's melodic side, this will be right up your alley, if you love their heavier tracks, don't skip it, but be ready for what else they've got cooking!

Aussie fans should know the video was filmed in Melbourne and edited by the iconic Third Eye Visuals, who is responsible for incredible music videos for Alpha Wolf, Mirrors and Parkway Drive.

With comeback single 'Body Bag' winning over fans both new and old, it's creating a massive hype surrounding their upcoming album - and we can safely say it's all warranted and certainly going to live up to expectations.

Stay tuned for more killer content featuring the band in the lead up to the release of True Power on August 19th via Fearless Records.
