Clutch Bursts in With Second New Tune ‘We Strive For Excellence’

Still reeling on the return of Clutch? A couple of months ago the Maryland band returned with new single ‘Red Alert (Boss Metal Zone)‘, and are now gearing up for a new album, a follow-up to Book Of Bad Decisions from 2018. The groove-rockers have now delivered a second track for you to add to your rotation, titled ‘We Strive For Excellence‘.

The second new song continues down the fun path led on ‘Red Alert (Boss Metal Zone)‘ with a raft of grooves and head-bangin’ riffs. It’s definitely shaping up to be an awesome album, and the band has news on that front too. Clutch have confirmed a new record is on the way, and some even better news is that you can now RSVP to be the first to get notified of all the details (including vinyl variants) here.

On the track, frontman and lyricist Neil Fallon comments:
