Arch Enemy Unleash Growltastic Belter 'Sunset Over The Empire'

Now before you get on your high horse, growltastic is a word because it's the only way to describe the new Arch Enemy single ‘Sunset over the Empire‘ - taken from their forthcoming album Deceivers - set for release on July 29th via Century Media Records. Following on from previous tracks ‘Deceiver, Deceiver‘ and ‘House of Mirrors‘ this new beast will surely stir up a flame within.

Frontwoman Alissa White-Gluz hones in on her demonic side as the Swedish death metallers unleash the beast within with riffs aplenty, wailing guitars, synthonic sections, and unrelenting drum action, this new single has us hungry to witness the band back on our shores - but according to shredmaster Jeff Loomis (who we spoke to recently about his new signature Jackson Pro Series Soloist guitar) the band have a busy touring schedule in 2022 already:

“We have a slew of summer festivals that we’re doing in Europe. Wacken as well. Then we’re gonna be doing a huge end of the year tour in Europe, with Behemoth. That will last until November. Then we’re done for the year. So I mean, it’s a lot of touring, and I just hope we can make it to your territory soon, man. We definitely love playing there. Great audience. Some crazy people down under.”

The longer we wait, the crazier we get and this new song will have us feeling frenzied in no time!
