Caliban Share Title Track ‘Dystopia’ From Upcoming Record, Featuring Annisokay’s Christoph Wieczorek

Caliban VirUS review

With a new Caliban album on the horizon, namely Dystopia, loyal fans are getting all kinds of excited. Last month, the German metalers introduced their upcoming record with lead-single ‘Ascent of the Blessed‘, however they hadn’t shared much about the record yet.

As a second single is bestowed on us (namely the title track), Caliban have also shared the tracklisting and release date of Dystopia. Their thirteenth studio album will come on 22 April, 2022 via Century Media Records.

The new track ‘Dystopia‘ features Christoph Wieczorek of German post-hardcore band Annisokay. Caliban unleash hell with a thrash-metal stomp that’ll kickstart your adrenal glands immediately. The single is packed with many leaps and bounds and adds a unique flavour with Wieczorek’s vocal feature. Caliban vocalist Andreas Dörner shares:

“’Dystopia’ is about the world being fake. Who are you in this world, or especially in the technological / digital age behind our screens where you can be anyone.”
