Denis Stoff’s Drag Me Out Share ‘Bullets in my Teeth’ + Announce Album

Drag Me Out 2022

Ukrainian vocalist Denis Stoff is best known for his brief time with metalcore sweethearts Asking Alexandria during the band’s 18-month hiatus with Danny Worsnop, most notably for album The Black. Since leaving AA, Stoff started a new band called Drag Me Out, who may have had a bit of a false start in the initial couple of years.

Nonetheless, Drag Me Out are doing a bit of a re-launch, and after teasing new single ‘Bullets in my Teeth’ for a few weeks, they’ve finally released the single in full alongside the announcement of their new record, Demons Away coming on May 6, 2022. The announcement certainly is quite interesting, given the congruent release day with Asking Alexandria‘s surprise EP Never Gonna Learn (our review here).

Let’s take a look at ‘Bullets in my TeethInstrumentally, they take on an ambient metalcore approach, with Stoff going channelling his Asking Alexandria vocal style both aggressively and stylistically on the mic. The single is catchy and has many of the expected ingredients; If you’re a Stoff fan and you’re curious what else Drag Me Out have in store, stay close to them on socials.
