Dune Rats Simmer 'UP' In Time For Summer

Nov 4, 2021
4 min read

Brissie punk trio Dune Rats are back to their usual antics on new single 'UP' and just in time for the sweltering hot summer days ahead. After dropping the ever so cheeky 'Too Tough Terry' way back on the backend of 2020, Danny Beugs, Brett Jansch and BC Michaels have kept it pretty low key. Until today.

'UP' sees the rockers return to classic Dunies style, singing about the pleasures they receive when the Tax man sends stackloads of cash your way. Featuring a whirring blend of guitars and an overly repetitive chorus, the band's latest single is a step back to their origins and shows evidence that the Dune Rats have in fact, not changed through the pandemic.

Expect 'UP' to see Brisbane's OG stoner boys back in top form going in 2022. We love to see it!
