Hot Milk Have Got Us Feeling 'Woozy'

Easily one of the best breakthrough bands of the year are Hot Milk. They unleashed their sophomore EP, I Just Wanna Know What Happens When I'm Dead last month (our review here) and we haven't been able to stop thrashing it since. The band's follow-up to Are You Feeling Alive? sees the Manchester-based outfit going from strength to strength with their cataclysmic blend of alternative, emo pop anthems like 'Split Personality', 'I Think I Hate Myself' and opening track 'I Just Wanna Know What Happens When I'm Dead'.

While we wait for their assault on Australia when they inevitably strike our shores (it's coming in 2022, I can feel it!), the four piece led by iconic duo Han Mee and Jim Shaw, embarked on a tour across the UK, with new track 'Woozy' proving an instant favourite amongst fans so much so they've put together a slick new music video for the punk-fuelled teaser.

The song draws us in with a thumping rock melody before Han and Jim take us through the negative side effects of taking anti-depressants. Although it only clocks in at a mere 2 minutes 17 seconds, 'Woozy' is an incredible musical number inspired by 2000s pop punk and the current new wave revolution that'll no doubt see these kids soar even higher with their highly infectious blend of chaotic tunes.

Hot Milk is the new anarchy guys, and they're only just getting started.
