‘Sell Your Soul’ and Listen to We’re Wolves Right Now!

It’s October and you know what that means? Yes, we’re at the bookend of 2021 (what a year), but it’s also almost that time of the month — HALLOWEEN! I can’t think of a better way to prepare myself for the scares, fun and parties on October 31st than getting into the mood with the rowdy new single from US horror-punk outfit We’re Wolves.

Channelling satirical horror-themed videos to promote their infectious, whirring blend of pop-metalcore, the Florida quintet take inspiration from Wolf of Wall Street and poke fun at the lavish, rich lifestyle of selling and trading on the stock market. ‘Sell Your Soul’ is an aggressive, punchy track that will delight any fan of Ice Nine Kills, Papa Roach and Atreyu. Vocalist AJ Diaferio sounds like an absolute dreamboat on this song, who admits the band’s newest single was inspired by greed:

“Wanting to live a lavish life like the celebrities we see on tv and on social media. The desire to have everything you ever wanted but cannot obtain, and the willingness to sell your soul to the devil to get it. Being sick of your mundane life, and simply wanting more. This song to me is greed in its purest form.”

We’re Wolves sound like the band you need to blast at this year’s Halloween shenanigans, with their forthcoming album Evil Things coming out just in time on October 22.
