We Came As Romans Drop 'Black Hole' feat. Caleb Shomo

A band we absolutely admire behind the scenes here at WoS HQ is We Came AS Romans - who are absolutely, positively pushing forward following the tragic passing of clean vocalist Kyle Pavone in 2018 and today they're back with another heavy jam featuring frontman Dave Stephens honing in on his clean vocal skills.
But he's not alone in this offering because Beartooth mastermind Caleb Shomo joins the track to offer up his own melodic performance while Dave heads back to scream territory. The band continues combining their heavy instrumentals with glitchy synth direction (as heard in previous single 'Darkbloom') but this time, 'Black Hole' pulls off some major Motionless In White/BMTH-esque vibes throughout. But don't let that lead you stray, you can definitely tell it's a WCAR song and one they've made their own.
Dave spoke about the lyrics behind 'Black Hole' revealing is was:
"...about dealing with the anxiety that you feel going through life. For me, at the time, [it was] the anxiety I was feeling in dealing with loss and the grieving process. But we wanted to leave the song open-ended enough for our fans to relate to, with anything they were going through. That anxiety is sometimes so crushing and so heavy, and you have to deal with the weight of it, the gravity of the situations you're in. And sometimes, it just feels like an endless cycle."
I'm stoked they're continuing on as a band because it's proving they are a force to be reckoned with and they've got a talent and sound that needs to be heard by the masses.
