Paledusk Drop Fiery New Single 'Black Ice'
Japanese metalcore really is out of this world, as we've witnessed from Crossfaith. Paledusk are another act to be wary from our Northern neighbours. After signing with elite metal crew, Greyscale Records last year, Paledusk are roaring onto the scene with their ferocious new single 'Black Ice'. Vocalist Kaito highlights that:
"This song is about finding important things without giving up even when we do not not what the answer is especially in these chaotic times. If we could believe our future together without losing sight of what important, that would be pleasing."
Straight from the first seering riff, this song is Japanese metalcore through and through. In between the thumping metal beats is a synthey electronic J-pop melody that you would only find in Japan. There's a lot going on in 'Black Ice' and one can only imagine how fucking mental this would be to experience live next year (fingers crossed!)
While I'm definitely excited for what else this band has, for now I'm pretty content with spinning this track all day long.
