Igloo Zoo Return with Groovy Djent-core Offering 'Tether'

Sydney-siders Igloo Zoo have been having a busy year already after dropping 'Through The Nighta couple of months ago, and have now dropped some groovy-djenty goodness with 'Tether'. The band have undergone some lineup changes but are clearly back with a vengeance. If you're looking for some new local talent emerging in the scene, this band and their new track are definitely worth a couple of minutes of your time.

Igloo Zoo's new track 'Tether' reveals instrumental influences from bands like Born of Osiris and even similarities to Soilwork unexpectedly, as their prog-choruses contrast with sounds that are a reminder of Scandi-melodic choruses that we've heard from the Swedish corner of the world. Igloo Zoo's production is impressive and delivers those punchy djent-hooks with perfection. Really enjoyable sound, and a great track to add to your repertoire.
