Grayscale Unveil Their Most Powerful Song Yet with 'Live Again'

Hope you've got the tissues for this next song because it is an absolute tear jerker. On the eve of their forthcoming album release, Umbra, Grayscale have revealed a soaring emotional anthem called 'Live Again' which lives close to vocalist Collin Walsh's heart. The song explores the feeling of watching a loved one fighting for life in the emergency room, and Collin explains how the song encapsulates a dark period of his life from the past year:

"This is a super meaningful song to us. 'Live Again' is about my dad getting sick last year and what that chapter was like for him and I. It was a dark time for me."

Since the band's second full-length Nella Vita in 2019, Grayscale have dramatically changed their style down a more soulful pop route which stems away from their alternative/rock origins. However, listening to 'Live Again' I can hear a beautiful connection between new and old Grayscale that hasn't been done before and kinda makes this the band's strongest single yet.

Grayscale's new album, Umbra is out tomorrow via Fearless Records. Pre-order here
