Synaescope Deliver Groove Metal Banger ‘God Complex’

Australian heavy music is on FIRE and you better not let these lads pass you. Sydney’s Synaescope have just released their new EP Unalone and it’s a certified banger for fans of post-hardcore/metal akin to that of Avenged Sevenfold, Killer Be Killed and Escape The Fate. Their latest single ‘God Complex‘ showcases what the boys have been working on and it’s certainly worthy of your attention.

But it wasn’t all peachy in the recording process as frontman Warren Harding explains:

“There was a lot of anger built up that I think had to come out in this recording – pissed off with people leaving, pissed off with people dragging their feet and having to do things multiple times, over and over again in terms of tracking, re-tracking and finally getting into the studio. So when that came around, I think you can hear it in my vocal delivery – I either feel lost or pissed most of the time.”

You know that they say, managing a band is like managing a bunch of toddlers who just found the red cordial… Except these toddlers have instruments!
