Hear S8NT ELEKTRIC’s Indie-Punk Filled Track ‘My Eyes’

London Hudson, son of rock icon Slash, has teamed up with his (now former) Suspect208 bandmate Niko Tsangaris to form their new group S8NT ELEKTRIC, with rollerskating sensation Briana Bananas on vocal duties. Along for the ride are bass player Jack Kleinman and guitarist Eric Matt. Eric recently filled in for Tye Trujillo in Suspect208 for a recent filming excursion while Tye recorded music for his other bands OTTTO, THREDGE, LOCO LORDS and SWITCHBLADE. (Fuck me dead Tye, slow down. I reckon you’ve been in more groups than your old man Rob Trujillo).

The five piece have just released their debut singleMy Eyes’ and it’s a guitar driven, desert-rock tinged, indie-punk number. It’s a groovy tune that gives London stacks of time to layer the song with sweet little drum fills and ample opportunities for Niko to throw his weight around on guitar. Briana manages to pull off sounding sweet whilst having a bit of venom in her voice as well. There’s attitude to burn and as a result, this song is an easy listen and well worth checking out. Hook in.
