The Pretty Reckless Drop New Single ‘And So It Went’ with Tom Morello!

It seems collabs are set to be huge in 2021 this year, with the latest being The Pretty Reckless teaming up with rock guitarist Tom Morello for their latest single ‘And So It Went’. The song is a call-to-arms and a reflective statement about the current state of the world around us. Front woman Taylor Momsen shares:

“The world has been in such a state of civil unrest. ‘And So It Went’ basically comes from that vision. As a songwriter, I feel like I’m not here to preach. I use music to observe and communicate what I see around me. This song felt like the perfect storm for Tom Morello to join in and rip the sound waves apart with his guitar. It was more than a pleasure having him add his unique and defining sound to the song.”

‘And So It Went’ shares the same grit as the band’s leading single ‘Death By Rock and Roll’ which was released in the back half of 2020. Both songs appear from the band’s upcoming album which is slated for release next month on February 12th via Century Media.
