Terra Drop New Single ‘Frenemies’

Melbourne pop rockers Terra have been laying low since their appearance at UNIFY Gathering way back in January. The band did release a short, three-track acoustic EP, In Deep Blue and frontwoman Cassie Sutton teamed up with the Drastic Park boys on their breakthrough single ‘Work of Art’.

Now, Terra are gearing up to take centre stage with their brand new single ‘Frenemies’, and oh my, this is their best release yet. It’s an upbeat, catchy rock number about being betrayed by close friends. The band shares:

“The essence of ‘Frenemies’ lies in the feeling of being betrayed by someone you trust, and let close to you. It unearths all the rage and pain that we sometimes bury to save face. Frenemies is the clear message that you’ve hurt me and I’m not going to pretend I’m okay with it anymore.”

Not that they ever went anywhere, but being locked down for most of the year really did these guys a huge favour. Welcome back Terra! We can’t wait to see what you do next…
