Bring Me The Horizon Debut New Song/Video ‘Teardrops’
Next Friday, Bring Me The Horizon will release the first of their series of EPs that they’ve got on the way called POST HUMAN: SURVIVAL HORROR but to get us hyped until then, they’ve debuted their next single/video from it titled ‘Teardrops‘ which is a heavy assault on the senses and 100% (in my opinion) pays homage to Linkin Park, the genre-hopping band that paved the way for BMTH to become the global sensation they are now!
The song itself features a tasty as fuck breakdown and frontman Oli Sykes‘ crispy/clean screams that I know a lot of you have been missing out on and the video itself looks at the struggles of addiction, something Oli has dealt with in the past. He also directed this clip as well and is getting better and better with every video he helms!
On ‘Teardrops‘, Oli says:
“It is my favourite song off the record. I’m so excited to get this single out, it feels like a classic Bring Me The Horizon tune but without it feeling like anything we’ve done before. I feel like Teardrops is some of the best work we’ve ever done, musically and lyrically as whole.”
The band’s EP also has a stack of collaborations including cameos Yungblud, Babymetal, Evanescence‘s Amy Lee and Nova Twins! And we’ve heard it… and guess what, it’s goooooooood! You’re definitely not going to be prepared for next week, so start your countdown calendars now in anticipation!
