Volumes Drop New Single 'Weighted'

Since releasing their single 'Pixelate' earlier this year, we've been keeping a close watch to see what US metalcore act Volumes do next. Good news because the band have just dropped a brand new single, 'Weighted', seeing Volumes bring some much needed aggressive metal to the world. Frontman Michael Barr shares:

"This song is about self-doubt and the shortcomings that come with any type of success. It's about the ups and the downs in life and the interpersonal and irrational conversation you have about convincing yourself into doing things."

It's one of the more exciting tracks to come out of metalcore recently, and kinda reminds us of Australians Void of Vision. While we'll have to wait until 2021 for the new Volumes album, 'Weighted' should tide you over 'til then!
