Sleep On It Announce New 'Somewhere Better' EP

Been wondering what Sleep On It have been up to since coming across them in our latest Sounds You Need In Your Ears feature last month? Well, it looks like the US pop punk outfit are set to drop a new EP called Somewhere Better next month. The EP will be a collection of reimagined songs from the band's most recent album, Pride and Disaster (our review here).

You can hear the first track from the forthcoming EP, 'After Tonight' below. It's breathing new life into the high-energy pop punk anthem, which has now been given a synth/electronic makeover with a dance-pop notion in mind. It's different, but it hasn't lost the song's original spirit at all. I like it!

If you're a super Sleep On It fan or just have a great memory, the EP will arrive on the eve of the one year anniversary of Pride and Disaster. What an awesome way to celebrate!

Sleep On It's new EP, Somewhere Better is out September 11th and will be available through all streaming platforms. Pre-save here
