Makeout Debut New Song 'Home' With New Vocalist Kyle Dee

US pop punk outfit Makeout left fans in shock at the beginning of 2019 when frontman Sam Boxold announced his departure from the band and we were left wondering if this was the end for Makeout. Since then however, remaining members Tyler Young (guitarist) and Scott Eckel (drums) have kept the band going. They've recruited former Sleep On It bassist AJ Khah and singer Kyle Dee to join in on the band's resurgence.

New single 'Home' sees the new lineup picking up right where the band left off, featuring an explosive as hell riff and catchy chorus. Actual fact, it's the perfect comeback song and if you loved Makeout back in 2017-18, chances are you're gonna froth this track! New frontman Kyle Dee shares:

"“Home" is about being completely drained from giving your all to a dead end relationship. It’s about wanting to build a life with somebody and being fed false promises of a picture-perfect future.”

'Home' marks the band's first song in three years, and if you're digging this tune, you'll be stoked to hear there's more on the way with a brand new EP. More on that soon though...
