Aussie pub feed legends The Chats are back at it again with another new track off their forthcoming album, High Risk Behaviour, out March 27. This time, they’re doing the ol’ “dine and dash” – not at your local pub though. This time, the Sunny Coast trio are singing about their empty wallets and instead of heading to the pub, have opted for a steakhouse, and here’s what they had to say about the experience:
“We filmed at Walters steakhouse in Brisbane. It was the best steak I’ve had. Definitely gave the bowlsie a run for its money. No mushy gravy though. – Josh Price
“Ya know you’re in a fancy restaurant when the chips and salad aren’t included”- Eamon Sandwith
The video itself is hilarious to watch, and you’ll have to watch it yourself to see what happens. To celebrate their latest track, The Chats are also embarking on a national tour this August which kicks off with an appearance at Splendour in the Grass on July 25th, before heading over to Perth and the rest of the country. Get keen mates!
High Risk Behaviour is out March 27th through Bargain Bin Records/Cooking Vinyl Australia. Pre-order here
