Download Festival’s Local Openers Have Been Announced
We’re weeks away from Download Festival Australia kicking off and overnight Triple J Unearthed announced the festival’s local openers for each city and goddamn they made the right choice.
Melbourne will see out boys in The Gloom in the Corner take to the stage and so rightfully deserved! We’ve loved these lads since before we first met them at BIGSOUND last year and have watched their progression grow to be the powerhouse they are today. Sydney has scored upcomers Big Nasty who features Max Priest of Introvert fame! His side hustle has been popping up here and there but this is a massive opportunity to get their name out there to potential new fans in Sydney! Their debut single ‘Sugar‘ has been out for a while now and if dig raw, alt-rock vibes, you’re gonna wanna get in early to check these guys out!
