Every now and then, we come across bands who are trying to convey messages of such significance through their music. So significant that we just have to back their tunes. The latest band to do just that is Melbourne alternative rock three-piece Cold Sleep. Produced by Windwaker's Chris Lalic, the band's new single 'Stopping All Stations Except South Kensington' is strongly inspired by mental health and serves as a metaphor that remains close to frontwoman Astina Lee's heart:

"I used to take the train from Footscray, which often stops at all the stations except South Kensington. One day I really looked when I went past South Kensington Station, and I saw how it looks abandoned and that no one has cared for it for ages. And I thought to myself, what if that was a person. How would it feel, having to watch as the world passes by but never stopping to give a second glance. The song became a metaphor for that feeling."

The track is an empowering anthem for anyone and everyone who is going through feelings of loneliness and should serve as a reminder that there is always someone out there that will listen to you, no matter what.
