When it comes to writing about bands, we think we have the best job in the world, but imagine being the guy who brings bands to Australia OR signs them to his label and then gets to see the looks on all of our faces as we get all up in the mosh at those shows! Well, the man and legend Ash Hull is certainly getting to do that a lot more lately with his booking role at Destroy All Lines (yep, he’s the mad man behind the SOLD OUT Invasion Fest yo + some of your fav gigs from the year) and he’s also one half of the dynamic duo behind the scenes at Greyscale Records who signed some incredible upcoming acts this year like The Beautiful Monument, Diamond Construct and Gravemind.
We stopped Mr Hull to get a second of his time to tell us his thoughts on the year’s best with our Wall of Sound Year in Review…
