The HU Drop ‘Wolf Totem’ Feat. Papa Roach’s Jacoby Shaddix

Ok, full disclosure here, I haven’t yet got into The HU yet, but this song was just too fucking good to not write about. The HU have been described as the Mongolian equivalent of New Zealand’s Alien Weaponry and they deliver such a massive vibe when you see them in a live setting according to our good mate Chris Maric who got to catch the band live at Download Festival in the UK earlier in the year.

The best thing about that is, they’re heading down this way for our Download Festival next year and so if you, like me, haven’t been able to get into their recorded stuff, maybe what you need is to see the band in a live setting to truly appreciate their style and sound (there are a few bands out there that sound better in concert than on record).

This new video for ‘Wolf Totem‘ features Papa Roach frontman Jacoby Shaddix and comes from the soundtrack for the upcoming horror movie The Retaliators starring Mark Hamill, Sean Austin (and, to a lesser extent, the Five Finger Death Punch lads) which is set for release in 2020.

Movies and festivals aside, make sure you set aside time to check The HU out when they make their debut trip down under for DL next March!
