The Butterfly Effect Will Replace Coheed And Cambria At Good Things Festival 2019

We are now officially less than 3 weeks away from Good Things Festival heading up the East Coast for their second outing and we can't wait to take part in the festivities again. Now if you missed it a few weeks back, Coheed and Cambria announced they regretfully had to pull out of the festival due to drummer Josh Eppard‘s health scare which will see the kit-man undergo heart surgery. They've announced they'll try to head back for a tour once he's better, but questions lingered over who would be replacing the band and today we can reveal the great news...

The Butterfly Effect have been announced as the replacement for the Coheed lads and we couldn't be more stoked for the guys. It's hard to believe it's been just over two years since TBE announced their return to the music scene with their original lineup which saw them performing across the country for a Sold Out Tour in 2018 and another earlier this year in support of their new single 'UnBroken', which proved there is a large want/demand for the lads.

Frontman Clint Boge says the band are:

“More than bristling at the chance to play alongside our great mates Karnivool, on a great bill full of amazing bands for a huge festival. Good Things will rock! Things have never been better in the Butters camp; we are ready, willing and super stoked to be a part of such a massive line up and we are ready for more Good Things.”

They're no strangers to the festival circuit either, performing at multiple Big Day Outs back in the day and smaller boutique events like Sounds of Spring in Brisbane where they co-headlined alongside The Living End and bands like Children Collide, Frenzal Rhomb, The Amity Affliction, Dead Letter Circus, Shihad + heaps more.
