Don’t you love it when musicians get drunk and live stream themselves? Well, that’s what just happened with A Day To Remember‘s Josh Woodard and Neil Westfall who went on twitch before and dropped two fucking major bombshells, one of which involves Australia.
The first one was that they have a new song called ‘Degenerates‘ coming out on Tuesday (should be Wednesday our time) and this evidence is backed by the name of their US Tour alongside Beartooth and I Prevail which shares the same name. The band’s last album Bad Vibrations came out back in 2016 so it’s about time they release new music (not including their collaboration with Marshmello).
The second (and probably most crucial) news they revealed was that they’re heading back to Australia at the end of the year, which means they could be bringing the Degenerates Tour down under with them (or with a localised edition).
A HUGE shout out to Wall of Sound reader/legend Ethan Pemberton (aka EJP in the video) who asked the question about their return to Australia to which the guys replied with:
“EJP what up, what up, what up, yeah we’re coming back to Australia, check out the end of the year, I don’t want to say anything but just chill”
Late year tours are something ADTR are no strangers to, remember the Big Ass Tour with The Amity Affliction? That took place from December 12th – 19th back in 2015 so, by all means, they could come down for a tour OR as part of something else maybe!? It should also be mentioned that the Big Ass Tour was announced on August 18th, 2015 aka Today’s Date 4 Years Ago!!!
Exciting news none the less, stay tuned for more…
