PREMIERE: New Zealand’s Seas Of Conflict Return With Djent/Core Belter ‘Eventide’

Personal shout out for New Zealand’s heavy music scene which is going from strength to strength lately, especially with the likes of our mates in Seas Of Conflict who have asked us to premiere their brand new belter for you today! Vocalist Kody Naidoo says:

‘Eventide’ is an outcry of realised love, confessing one’s vulnerability and affection for another, compared to the light of a new day.”

The song is called ‘Eventide‘ and if you dig tracks from the likes Architects and Polaris, you wouldn’t be too far removed from the djenty/proggy/core goodness this one produces, which works well for the boys who scored opening slots for both Polaris and Northlane on their upcoming New Zealand tours and Alien Weaponry back in March, which is mental for a band who we only first heard about back in January when we premiered their first bangerMonachopsis’. That track resonated well with both our Aussie and NZ readers and we believe this new one will slide right into your current playlists. Sidenote: SOMEONE BRING THESE LADS TO AUSTRALIA ALREADY!!!

If you like the video below, it’s the first part in a story which will conclude in the next instalment, somewhere down the track, so stay tuned for that one as well…

Do yourself a favour and track down the boys on Facebook and Instagram
