Tapestry Are Departing Darwin With A Big Farewell Gig

Tapestry are a band who have been doing the rounds for a few years now, based in Australia's top end in Darwin and they are set to say goodbye to the Northern Territory in September as they head to Melbourne to take the next musical step in their careers and they're putting on one hell of a show in the process.
Joining the lads on September 7th will be Vacant Home from WA, Wildheart from Brisbane and locals We Burn Bridges & DRAFTDAY (who we have grown to love and appreciate over the past few months). In a statement on Facebook the boys explained their reason for leaving, stating:
From October onwards, we will officially be relocating to Melbourne. We will be forever in debt to the people who have supported us in our hometown. You guys are the reason we feel so encouraged to make this next big step and we are beyond excited to see what this next adventure holds for us.
Darwin has been home for most of us since we were born. The thought of leaving home is terrifying but also a very exciting step for the band and us as individuals.
We can't wait to see what the guys do next... If you're in the area (or considering a trip up north) definitely book yourself in for a night out with the locals and see these guys off on their next adventure.
